Meet Lori

A communications expert, creative thought partner, and board-certified executive coach, I support seasoned leaders with their most critical talent and development needs, from evolving their leadership styles to building high-performing teams. 

 

My foundation of education from the University of Central Arkansas includes a Bachelor's in Marketing and a Master's in Business Administration, and my certification in coaching was earned from the Center for Executive Coaching.

 

I bring to my clients over 30 years of experience in the business world serving in a wide range of management roles from the Executive Leadership Team level to departmental and organizational-wide team management. Areas of focus include marketing, crisis communication, fundraising, government relations, internal culture development, and coaching serving the healthcare, construction, and non-profit industries. I have served on and led boards for non-profits, mental health, community and economic development, education, and public utilities.
